Part of the Leonardo da Vinci Programme for the implementation of a Community vocational training policy, this project is a free software available on the Internet.

IBNET toolkit from The WORLD BANK
The International Benchmarking Network for Water and Sanitation Utilities (IBNET) is an initiative to encourage water and sanitation utilities to compile and share a set of core cost and performance indicators, and thus meet the needs of the various stakeholders.
The IBNET Toolkit will be available in English, Spanish and Russian.
