This alpha-version software together with a user manual has been developed by the JRC in close collaboration with CAZALAC (Chile), CIIFEN (Equator), UNAL-IDEA (Colombia), TEM (Mexico), and INSMET (Cuba), in the context of the EUROCLIMA-water project. EUROCLIMA is a cooperation program (funded by the European Commission - EuropeAid) between the European Union and Latin America with a special focus in knowledge sharing on topics related to socio-environmental problems associated with climate change. The software is based on the original script developed by CAZALAC (Chile).
