LA VERSION DEFINITIVA CONSTARA DE LA COMPILACION DE LOS DIFERENTES COMENTARIOS DE LOS PARTICIPANTES Y DELEGACIONES DE LA UNION EUROPEA.

El taller tuvo lugar durante los días 29-31 de Octubre 2010 y contó con la participación de 43 participantes pertenecientes a instituciones nacionales, regionales y representantes de 11 gobiernos de la región.
