The Water, Engineering and Development Centre (WEDC) at Loughborough University in the UK, is dedicated to improving water and sanitation service delivery in low- and middle-income countries.

 

 

An exciting opportunity exists for a Research Associate to support our urban sanitation research, specifically through a project which aims to promote faecal waste flow diagrams as clear advocacy, decision-making and monitoring tools.

The overall aim of the scheme is to strengthen the research capacity of universities and research institutions in sub-Saharan Africa by supporting the development of sustainable research networks.
The objectives are to:
• facilitate sustainable multidisciplinary partnerships between research groups in sub-Saharan Africa and the UK.
