This Working group is the result of the seminars organised by the EC dealing with complementaries and synergies between Integrated Water Resources Management and Sector Wide Approach. Members of the working group come from Donors, NGOs, Governments and other actors of the sector.

The main objectives of the WG are:
- Exchange information, views and ideas on the subject
- building collaboration
- harmonising policies
